Overview:
Hungry Lion is hiring Supervisors to ensure that all restaurant operations are conducted smoothly and efficiently. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and capable of leading frontline teams in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations to ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor staff performance and provide support or corrective action when necessary.
Assist with inventory checks, cash handling, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Report operational concerns or improvements to senior management.

Requirements and Skills:

BGCSE certificate or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position within the food service industry will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, safety, and hygiene protocols.
