These programmes are designed to provide valuable practical experience and workplace exposure within a corporate environment, across a variety of disciplines.

Available Opportunities

1. Graduate Intern: Sales Support Assistant

National Diploma or Degree in Business-related fields

2. Sanlam Data, AI and Engineering Academy 2026

BCom, BSc, BTech, BEng in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Data Science / Analytics
- Business Intelligence
- Statistics / Mathematics
- Finance / Actuarial
- Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering

3. Human Capital Graduate Internship

Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field

4. Learnership Programme

Requirements:
- South African citizen
- Unemployed and not studying
- Aged between 18 – 35 years
- Grade 12 (with English and either Maths / Maths Literacy / Accounting) – minimum 50%
- No post-matric qualification
- Fluent in English (read, write, speak)

5. Graduate Opportunity: Client Service Consultant

Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics
Relevant Financial qualification
Advantage: 1 year of experience in finance or investment sector

6. Actuarial Graduate Internship

Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science
