  • Intern: Marketing and Communications

  • Intern: Operations
  • Intern: Human Capital Management (HCM)

Placement will be aligned to organisational needs and the internโ€™s qualification.


Remuneration / Stipend

  • Monthly Stipend: Market-related internship allowance
  • Additional Benefits: Structured learning, mentorship, and practical exposure (no permanent employment guarantee)

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the internship stream, successful candidates may be responsible for:

  • Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks within the assigned department
  • Supporting administrative functions, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Conducting research, data collection, and basic analysis to inform projects and reports
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
  • Contributing to projects, campaigns, or systems support relevant to the unit
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence under supervision
  • Learning and adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and governance standards

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • South African citizen
    This programme supports local skills development initiatives.
  • Relevant qualification (completed or final year)
    Aligned to the specific internship stream applied for.
  • Unemployed graduates preferred
    Priority may be given to candidates without prior full-time work experience.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
    Necessary for reporting, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office and/or relevant tools)
    Required for daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
