1. Call Centre Agents
Purpose: Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- 1+ year in a call centre environment
- Strong communication skills
2. Human Resource Administrator
Purpose: Provide HR administrative support, maintain employee records, and assist with payroll, recruitment, and compliance processes.
Requirements:
- HR qualification
- 2+ yearsโ HR admin experience
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
3. Creditors Clerk (x2 positions)
Purpose: Accurately process and reconcile creditor accounts, manage payments, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance/Accounting
- 2+ yearsโ experience in accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail
4. Brand Auditor
Purpose: Ensure brand consistency, quality standards, and compliance across Pedros outlets through regular audits and reporting.
Requirements:
- Experience in operations or QSR audits
- Excellent observation and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel
5. Accountant
Purpose: Support financial operations by preparing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting or similar
- 3+ yearsโ experience
- Proficient in accounting software
6. Recruitment Officer
Purpose: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Requirements:
- HR/recruitment qualification
- 2+ yearsโ experience in recruitment
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms
7. Site Scout (Junior New Business Manager)
Purpose: Identify and assess potential new restaurant sites aligned with Pedros expansion strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong market research and analysis skills
- Valid driverโs license
- Willingness to travel nationally
8. Project Manager
Purpose: Plan, execute, and oversee construction and development projects for new store openings.
Requirements:
- Project Management qualification
- 3+ yearsโ experience in retail development
- Proven leadership and budgeting skills
9. New Product Development Chef
Purpose: Innovate and test new menu items, ensuring product quality, consistency, and alignment with brand identity.
Requirements:
- Culinary qualification
- 3+ years in food R&D or chef role
- Creativity and knowledge of food trends
10. Customer Care Supervisor
Purpose: Lead the customer care team, monitor service levels, and resolve escalated complaints effectively.
