Position: Driver

Minimum Requirements
-Matric (Grade 12)
–Valid driverโs license + PDP (minimum 1 year driving experience)
-Sales experience (financial/insurance sector advantageous)
-Tech-savvy and adaptable
-Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
-Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Key Responsibilities
-Transport Independent Contractors to and from their scheduled appointments
-Drive direct sales and support new business generation
-Build and maintain strong client relationships
-Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
-Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
-Apply Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all interactions
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Confident sales approach with solid presentation skills
- Ability to manage pressure and overcome objections
- Highly disciplined, goal-focused, and professional
