Salary Range: R584,016 – R682,224 per annum, plus other benefits
Travelling Allowance: 950 km
Overview:
Lephalale Municipality seeks a skilled and experienced professional to manage its Admin & Secretariat Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public administration and experience leading teams at a supervisory level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate council meetings
- Manage customer care unit and facilities
- Oversee records and document management
- Implement and maintain a computerized document rotation system
- Monitor council registers and compliance
Requirements:
- B Degree or BTech in Public Administration or Law
- 5 years’ experience in administration (3 years in a supervisory role)
- Experience in council/records/facilities management is an advantage
- Code B Driver’s License
