Overview:

Lephalale Municipality is seeking a legal expert with strong municipal law experience to provide strategic legal direction and ensure the Municipality complies with all relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer legal advice on legislative compliance
  
• Interpret legislation and legal documents
  
• Coordinate litigation processes
  
• Monitor policy and procedure enforcement
  
• Provide legal support for stakeholder engagement
  

Requirements:

• LLB Degree or equivalent
  
• 5 years’ legal experience, including 3 years at a supervisory level
• Code B Driver’s License
