Markham, one of TFGโ€™s most iconic menโ€™s fashion brands, is looking for a passionate and style-savvy Fashion Consultant to join the team at its Game City store in Gaborone. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to build your career in retail fashion while representing a brand that defines modern, on-trend menswear.

Key Responsibilities:

-Serve as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding guest experiences

-Exceed customer expectations by offering tailored solutions

-Track and monitor sales performance against targets

-Sell a wide range of fashion-forward products while staying up to date with trends and technology

-Identify opportunities for new business and customer growth

-Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain store readiness

-Execute the storeโ€™s customer service and visual standards

Qualifications:

  • Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent

Skills & Competencies:

-Passion for fashion, people, and customer service

-Target-driven and focused on exceeding expectations

-Strong work ethic and hands-on approach

-Self-motivated and results-oriented

-Able to work under pressure and manage time effectively

-Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and public holidays

-Organised, detail-oriented, and admin-focused

-Strong sales and customer relationship skills

-Ability to identify and manage risks within the store

-Experience in strategic sales planning and customer value management

-Leadership potential and strong business acumen are advantages
