Overview:
MMG-Khoemacau Copper Mining invites applications from suitably qualified, highly motivated, and committed individuals to join its dynamic team. As part of Botswanaโs first fully mechanised underground copper mining operation, we are looking for candidates who bring integrity, innovation, and hands-on professionalism to the workplace.

- Mine Cost Engineer
- Resource & Reconciliation Geologist
- Sustainability Information Systems Officer
- Light Vehicle Mechanics
- Auto Electricians
- Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Assistants
- Light Vehicle Mechanic Assistants
- Rockbreaker Operators
- Power Plant Operators/Maintainers
- Water & Sewerage Treatment Operators
- Weigh-Bridge Assistants
- Plant Section Supervisor
- Plant Operators
- Mobile Equipment Operators
Key Responsibilities (Generalized for All Positions):
-Operate, maintain, or support various mine, plant, or vehicle systems as per assigned role
-Follow and enforce SHEC (Safety, Health, Environment & Community) procedures and policies
-Deliver high-performance results under dynamic, team-based environments
-Conduct inspections, report deviations, and take corrective actions
-Collaborate with supervisors and engineers for technical problem-solving
-Maintain accurate records and support documentation as required
Requirements & Qualifications (Role-Dependent):
-Minimum BGCSE (or equivalent), with additional technical certificates/diplomas depending on role
-4 years or more of experience in a mining or heavy industry environment
-Relevant certification (e.g., Heavy Mobile Equipment Certificate from MTTC for equipment operators)
-Strong safety awareness and compliance record
-Ability to work in a remote environment under pressure
-Valid Class B driverโs license with a clean driving record (mandatory for all positions)
