Job Summary:
Plan, manage, and deliver medium and large-scale projects to support MCM’s Strategic Plan. Oversee the study, execution, and completion of business improvement, expansion, and stay-in-business projects.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead project studies, including concept, feasibility, and execution phases.

-Develop integrated project execution plans, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

-Oversee project budgets, timelines, and contractor performance.

-Ensure effective safety leadership within the project team.

-Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders and secure project approvals.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in project management or equivalent.

-8+ years’ experience in project management, including study and execution phases.

-Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
