Overview
Moshupa Filling Station is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Supervisors. This role requires individuals with excellent customer service skills, strong work ethics, and the ability to contribute positively to a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily operations at Moshupa Filling Station and Moshupa A10 Service Station.
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality.
-Oversee staff performance, ensuring punctuality and adherence to company policies.
-Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
-Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated strong work ethics and punctuality.
- Physically fit to meet the demands of the job.
- Proficiency in both English and Setswana.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Possession of any additional business-related certificates is an added advantage.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
