What You’ll Need to Succeed:

-Completed Matric (Grade 12)

-A qualification in Retail Management or a related field is advantageous

-Strong communication skills, fluent in English

-Excellent reasoning and analytical abilities

-Solid numeracy skills

-Team player with cross-functional capabilities

-Self-motivated, service-oriented, and results-driven

-Willingness to work retail hours

-Highly tenacious, self-disciplined, and proactive

-Strong presentation skills with a strategic mindset

-Empathetic, with an ability to understand the goals and needs of others
