Overview

Minimum Requirements

• Must be aged between 25 and 35 years.
• Must possess a BGCSE Certificate.
• Must be physically fit with good intelligence (IQ).
• Must reside in Francistown and be willing to work on shift schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general factory work and support production operations.
• Operate machinery or assist machine operators as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
• Follow company health, safety, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
