Job Overview
Pedros Flame Grilled Chicken is seeking dedicated and experienced Supervisors to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Gaborone. The successful candidates will ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, exceptional service delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure the team meets performance standards.
-Coordinate staff schedules to optimize efficiency.
-Uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
-Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
-Assist in training and mentoring staff to enhance productivity and morale.
Position Requirements
–Minimum Education: BGCSE certificate.
-Prior experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is highly advantageous.
-Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
