Overview
Spitz, home to world-renowned fashion brands such as Carvela, Gianni Chiarini, Lacoste, Nina Roche, and Tosoni, is seeking a passionate Permanent Store Assistant to join its luxury retail team at Gateway Mall. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sense of style, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to retail excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Control & Accuracy
-Perform daily cash desk operations with precision and accountability
-Manage daily banking and cash control processes
-Ensure zero tolerance for manual transaction variances
2. Stock Management & Organisation
-Execute all daily stockroom and storeroom procedures
-Manage and process customer orders efficiently
-Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain storeroom order
-Perform shoe pairing and product display checks
3. Customer Service & Sales Support
-Provide expert product knowledge and premium styling advice
-Build strong customer relationships through professional and attentive service
-Uphold the values and visual standards of a world-class retail environment
Requirements
–Education: Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)
–Experience: 6 months โ 1 year of retail experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
–Knowledge: Passion for high-end fashion and footwear
