We are currently recruiting Permanent Store Assistants for multiple store locations across South Africa. If you are passionate about fashion, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Control & Accuracy
-Accurately perform cash desk duties and manual transactions
-Ensure daily cash-up and banking is completed with zero variances
-Adhere strictly to cash handling policies and procedures
Stock Management & Organisation
-Execute daily stock management tasks, including receiving and pairing stock
-Organize storeroom and maintain clean, efficient displays
-Complete regular stock counts and manage customer orders efficiently
Customer Service & Sales Support
-Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make informed purchases
-Offer personalized styling advice and build strong customer relationships
-Ensure store presentation aligns with premium brand standards
-Reflect the Spitz brand through professional, passionate customer engagement
Minimum Requirements:
-Matric / Grade 12 (compulsory)
-6โ12 months experience in retail (experience in luxury/fashion retail is advantageous)
-Strong interest in premium fashion and customer interaction
