Phakisa Holdings (Pty) Ltd is currently recruiting for a Picker Packer Driver in Bloemfontein. This is an exciting opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with experience in warehousing and delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
-Receive, verify, allocate, and process goods and stock items.
-Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery.
-Generate GRNs (Goods Received Notes) and notify relevant stakeholders.
-Mark and organize goods in designated store locations.
-Deliver customer orders and ensure safe and timely delivery.
-Track in-transit shipments and follow up as necessary.
-Understand and manage trip sheets and delivery planning.
-Participate in stock taking and inventory control.
-Process and communicate receipt of non-conforming items.
-Perform monthly vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicles clean.
-Maintain high attention to detail to identify errors or defects.
-Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Manage multiple tasks and ensure timely execution.
-Demonstrate strong communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Driver License (advantageous)
- PDP (Professional Driving Permit) is an added advantage
- 3–5 years’ experience in a warehouse environment, including stock taking
- Fluent in written and verbal communication
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and take initiative
- Must reside in or near Bloemfontein
