Key Responsibilities
-Assist with loading and offloading of goods and materials.
-Pack and label items according to operational guidelines.
-Sort, arrange, and stack products in designated areas or pallets.
-Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
-Support inventory processes including stock counting and rotation.
-Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies.
-Assist machine operators and other team members as required.
-Report any damaged goods or safety risks to the supervisor.
-Move raw materials and finished products within the facility.
-Carry out general labour tasks as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 10 (Matric preferred but not compulsory)
- Prior experience in a warehouse, factory, or production setting is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Basic communication skills
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime if needed
- Clean criminal record is required
Remuneration
- Hourly Rate: R28.97 per hour
- Employment on a temporary basis with full-time working hours
