This role is ideal for an experienced receptionist who enjoys being the first point of contact, values professionalism, and thrives in a structured corporate environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the Facilities Manager and play a key role in creating a positive first impression for visitors and stakeholders.

Role Purpose

To serve as the first point of contact for the organisation by delivering a professional, courteous, and efficient reception service. The role ensures that visitors, callers, and stakeholders are attended to promptly, while also providing basic administrative support to internal teams.


Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and direct visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls efficiently
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain visitor registers and access control procedures
  • Provide basic administrative support to departments when required
  • Support office operations in line with company standards and policies

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar receptionist or front-desk role
    Ensures confidence in managing visitors, calls, and office flow.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work in a corporate, client-facing environment
