Overview
Tecno Mobile Botswana is seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative to join its vibrant team in Palapye. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for mobile technology who is eager to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement within the region.
Position Purpose
To promote, sell, and grow Tecno Mobileโs product reach in the Palapye area by building strong customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
-Promote and sell Tecno Mobile products to customers and retail partners in Palapye and surrounding areas.
-Identify new business prospects and convert leads into active customers.
-Foster strong relationships with existing clients and build rapport with new ones.
-Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to regional sales goals.
-Track competitor activity and report on market trends.
-Maintain product visibility and branding at all assigned retail outlets.
-Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches.
-Submit timely reports on sales figures, customer feedback, and market insights.
Requirements and Skills
-Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
-Minimum of 1โ2 years of experience in field sales, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with the Palapye region is an advantage.
-Must have a valid driverโs license and be willing to travel within the region.
