Overview
Tataki Mine is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse to provide primary healthcare services and promote wellness among employees on-site. The role includes managing medical emergencies, conducting routine health assessments, and supporting occupational health programs.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide first aid, emergency care, and basic treatment on site.
-Conduct regular health screenings and health promotion activities.
-Maintain accurate patient records and submit health reports.
-Assist in the implementation of occupational health and wellness programs.
-Liaise with local health authorities and medical facilities when necessary.
-Monitor and report any health-related incidents in compliance with regulations.
-Maintain medical supplies and ensure a hygienic clinical environment.
Requirements and Skills
-Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
-Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana.
-Minimum of three (3) yearsโ experience in a clinical or occupational health setting.
-Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
-Excellent communication and patient care skills.
-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
