Job Overview

Renault is seeking efficient and detail-oriented Pickers and Packers to support daily operations by accurately picking, packing, and delivering parts to designated areas. This role requires adherence to standard operating procedures, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and effective order management within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

-Pick and pack parts as per daily requirements and deliver them to the designated areas.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area at all times.

-Organize tasks to meet performance targets and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

-Perform daily stock checks based on system-generated cycle counts, promptly reporting discrepancies to the supervisor.

-Re-bin stock according to system-generated movement data to optimize warehouse layout.

-Scan and allocate stock to appropriate bins within the warehouse.

Governance and Compliance

  • Resolve routine issues and escalate unresolved matters to ensure timely problem resolution.
  • Provide daily feedback on task progress to inform decision-making.

Financial Efficiency

  • Execute tasks efficiently to support the financial goals and profitability of the warehouse.

Customer Service

  • Deliver services that exceed customer expectations, contributing to a customer-focused culture.
  • Perform tasks in line with quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Personal and Professional Development

  • Complete daily tasks and attend training sessions to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • Higher Certificate or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificate (NQF Level 04).
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.
