Key Responsibilities:
As a Retail Assistant at Crazy Store, your role will include:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist shoppers with product queries
- Handle complaints with professionalism and positivity
- Cash Handling:
- Operate the till and process transactions accurately
- Maintain balanced cash-ups
- Store Operations:
- Assist in unpacking and merchandising stock
- Ensure shelves are clean, full, and well-organized
- Support store managers with daily tasks
- Housekeeping & Safety:
- Keep the store tidy and safe for staff and customers
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months of retail experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, proactive, and professional personality
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Passion for customer service and retail sales
