Overview

Clicks Group is seeking a customer-oriented and sales-driven Sales Advisor to join The Body Shop at Riverwalk Mall, Botswana, on a maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for offering an exceptional customer experience, increasing store profitability, and supporting the daily operations of the store. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for skincare, beauty products, and retail excellence.


Key Responsibilities

-Deliver exceptional customer service through detailed product knowledge and tailored advice.

-Drive sales by implementing cross-selling and up-selling techniques.

-Maintain high store standards by following operational procedures and promoting an appealing store environment.

-Minimise shrinkage and stock loss by complying with store policies and ensuring merchandise security.

-Take ownership of in-store promotions and daily sales initiatives to maximise performance.

-Build brand loyalty through consistent and professional customer interactions.

-Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience at all times.


Requirements and Skills

Qualifications & Experience

-BGCSE or equivalent qualification.

-Experience in the cosmetics or beauty industry (preferred).

-Background in a retail sales or customer service environment (advantageous).

Skills & Abilities

-Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.

-Ability to interact confidently with customers and understand their needs.

-Excellent sales skills, including upselling and cross-selling.

-Computer literate and familiar with retail systems.

-Basic understanding of retail operations and stock management principles.

-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
