Overview

Exact is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate (120hr) to join the team in Thulamahashe, Mpumalanga.

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service while driving sales and ensuring the store is always ready for customers. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, passionate about retail, and eager to grow within a leading fashion retail group.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
  • Track and work towards achieving sales targets
  • Sell across a diverse product range while staying updated on dรฉcor and fashion trends
  • Actively look for new sales opportunities
  • Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well-presented
