Totalsports is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join the team at Eikestad Mall in Stellenbosch. About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador and deliver a high-performance retail experience. The role requires exceeding sales targets, providing expert product recommendations, and maintaining excellent store presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive in-store experience.
Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and recommending suitable products.
Track and manage personal sales performance against targets.
Actively seek new sales opportunities and upsell across a diverse product range.
Stay updated on the latest sportswear, footwear, and fashion trends.
Assist with stock replenishment and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Maintain store housekeeping and merchandising standards.

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric).
