Overview

Key Responsibilities
-Represent the brand professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
-Identify customer needs and offer the best possible product solutions
-Track personal sales performance against set targets
-Sell a wide sportswear and fashion product range while staying updated with new trends
-Drive new sales opportunities and contribute to overall store performance
-Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
-Support visual merchandising standards and store layouts
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric
Essential Skills:
-Strong passion for people and customer service
-Target driven and performance focused
-Good communication skills (verbal & written)
-Ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment
-Able to work independently and take initiative
-High attention to detail
-Strong sales ability and customer challenge navigation
