Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and serving of meals and refreshments.
- Render food service support and coordinate catering functions.
- Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness in kitchens and dining areas.
- Perform general administrative duties related to food services.
Requirements
- A Grade 10 qualification will serve as an advantage.
- Display competency in post-specific core functions.
- Fluent in at least two official languages (including English).
- South African Citizen.
- No criminal/departmental convictions or pending cases (subject to security screening and fingerprint verification).
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate elementary kitchen equipment.
- Willingness to work extended hours when required.
