Purpose of the Programme
The Learnership aims to develop foundational competencies and professional workplace skills. Learners will support various departments through administrative tasks, while completing modules aligned to a registered NQF-aligned qualification.

- Business Accounting
- Mathematical Literacy

- Computer Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in and complete all theoretical and practical components of the learnership
- Provide administrative support to enhance departmental effectiveness
- Gain hands-on experience in workflow and document management
- Develop and apply skills in finance-related tasks and general business administration
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance (Advantageous), with majors in:
- Financial Accounting
- Management Accounting
- Taxation
- Auditing
- 0–1 year of relevant experience
