Salary:

R 228 321 – R 268 950 per annum (excluding benefits)


Overview:

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) is inviting applications from qualified individuals to fill two (2) Grants Administrator posts within the Free State Region. Successful candidates will support the administration of social grants at local office level and service points.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
  • Computer literacy is essential

Added Advantage:

  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of social grants at the local level
  • Process grant applications, perform verifications, and capture applications on the system
  • Provide customer care and manage grant documentation
  • Conduct quality control and ensure adherence to PFMA (Public Finance Management Act), Chapter 6, Part 3
  • Support all related grant functions as directed
