Overview
TFG is hiring 20 Seasonal Sales Associates to help deliver remarkable, high-energy customer experiences during the festive period. If youโre friendly, fast on your feet and love connecting with people, this is your launchpad into retail. No experience required โ on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities
-Be a brand ambassador and create an unforgettable in-store experience.
-Serve customers with confidence: understand their needs and offer the best solutions.
-Drive sales: track your performance vs. target and seek out new selling opportunities.
-Sell across a diverse product range; stay current on fashion/decor trends.
-Replenish stock promptly so the store is always customer-ready.
-Support basic POS tasks when trained; maintain tidy, safe, queue-ready spaces.
-Handle queries/complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Requirements & Skills
-A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
–South African citizen.
-Clear, confident communicator with solid customer focus.
-Passion for retail/fashion (advantageous) and a results mindset.
-Able to thrive under pressure and follow through with initiative.
-Willing and able to work retail hours (weekends/evenings/public holidays).
–Reliable transport.
–No prior retail experience required โ training will be provided.
