Overview

FNB Botswana is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service across multiple channels, resolving queries, processing requests, and managing customer expectations with professionalism and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

-Deliver exceptional service across face-to-face, telephonic, and digital channels.

-Facilitate prompt and effective resolution of customer queries.

-Process customer requests accurately and within service level agreements (SLAs).

-Understand and respond to customer needs and expectations proactively.

-Ensure compliance with all legislative, audit, and governance requirements.

-Maintain expert knowledge of FNB products, including pricing, procedures, and timelines.

-Monitor and manage operational tasks aligned with documented processes and SLAs.

-Translate business strategies into actionable goals and measure progress effectively.

-Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

-Assist with administration and system updates related to customer interactions.

-Keep informed about developments in the banking sector, particularly in mortgage lending.

-Handle requests with urgency while maintaining high standards of customer service.

-Contribute to cost efficiency and revenue recovery through effective service delivery.


Requirements and Skills

-Relevant qualification in Business, Finance, or Customer Service will be advantageous.

-Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service environment preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

-Proficiency in using banking systems and customer service platforms.

-Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and professional conduct.
