Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Sales
- Welcome and assist customers
- Answer product questions and resolve concerns
- Ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
- Cashier Functions
- Handle cash, card, and lay-by payments accurately
- Process refunds and exchanges per company policy
- Balance your till at the end of your shift
- Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Display products neatly and correctly
- Replenish stock and keep shelves organized
- Keep store areas clean and attractive
- Security Awareness
- Tag products and reduce shrinkage
- Report suspicious behavior
- Assist in stock control and loss prevention

- Follow operational standards
- Maintain integrity, teamwork, and performance excellence
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) preferred
- Strong communication skills (English fluency required)
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
- Energetic with a can-do attitude
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not essential
