Overview:

Clicks Sebokeng Plaza is seeking 10 Shop Assistant Cashiers to join their team. The successful candidates will deliver exceptional customer service, ensure accurate point of sale operations, and support the overall in-store customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within South Africaโ€™s leading health and beauty retailer.


Key Responsibilities:

-Execute all point of sale (POS) operations efficiently and accurately.

-Handle cash transactions safely and maintain accuracy in payment processing.

-Promote and enroll customers into the Clicks ClubCard programme to meet participation targets.

-Inform customers about current promotions to boost sales and enhance their shopping experience.

-Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering friendly, helpful, and professional service.

-Maintain merchandising and store housekeeping according to visual standards.

-Keep up to date with product knowledge, ranges, and promotions to assist customers effectively.

-Contribute to the storeโ€™s goals of delivering service excellence and becoming the customerโ€™s first choice in health and beauty retail.


Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Essential: Grade 12 (Matric)
    • Desirable: 50% or above in Mathematics and English at Grade 12 level
  • Experience:
    • Desirable: Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role within an FMCG environment

-Understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and stock management
