Overview

Clicks Lynridge is recruiting 4 Shop Assistant / Cashiers to join the team in Pretoria. The successful candidates will deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, point of sale (POS) operations and merchandising, ensuring a positive and professional shopping experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, accurate with transactions and passionate about retail service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all point of sale (POS) activities accurately and efficiently
• Scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times
• Promote and enroll customers onto the Clicks ClubCard programme
• Inform customers about promotions to drive sales
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador
• Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Ensure product knowledge is up to date
• Support the company’s vision to be the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
• Maths (50%) and English (50%) – Advantageous
