Jet, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking energetic and customer-focused Shop Assistants to join the Cornubia Junction branch in Durban. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about people, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer service while working in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by creating an exceptional customer experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Actively monitor and achieve sales performance against targets.
- Sell across a diverse product range, staying up to date with dรฉcor and fashion trends.
- Seek new sales opportunities and grow customer relationships.
- Replenish stock to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers.
- Maintain compliance with store standards, processes, and customer service delivery.
Requirements & Skills
- Qualifications: Grade 12 / Matric.
- Passion for working with people.
- Target-driven, customer-experience focused.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
