Overview

The FIX, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking passionate and driven Shop Assistants to join their nationwide stores. This role is ideal for individuals who love fashion, enjoy working with people, and want to create memorable customer experiences. As a Shop Assistant, you will represent our brand, deliver excellent service, and help drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing outstanding customer service.
• Exceed customer expectations by offering the best shopping solutions.
• Track and meet sales performance targets.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion and décor trends to guide customers.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales.
• Replenish and merchandise stock to ensure store readiness at all times.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passionate about people and customer engagement.
• Target-driven and results-focused.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and customer service delivery skills.
• Strong ability to handle customer challenges and build loyalty.
