Purpose: Own end-to-end payroll in Sage 300 People (~1,500 employees), ensuring accurate, compliant, and on-time payments, reconciliations and statutory submissions.

Purpose: Drive digital strategy, PPC/SEO performance, and web asset excellence to boost brand awareness and qualified lead generation.

Purpose: Optimise the full enrolment funnel and school-fee collections to support growth and cash flow; lead call-centre operations and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities: Enquiry-to-onboarding conversion โข SOPs/scripts/training โข CRM utilisation & data accuracy โข Invoicing, allocations, reminders & dispute resolution โข Aged-debt reduction & bad-debt risk management โข Process automation & systems integration โข Call-centre staffing, QA & coaching โข KPI dashboards, forecasting & reporting โข Team leadership.

Purpose: Lead safeguarding across SPARK High Schoolsโpolicies, training, case oversight, behaviour management and restorative practices; support school-based social workers and strengthen the Character Quotient (CQ) framework.
Key responsibilities: Policy & framework design โข Programme planning & evaluation โข Case management guidance โข Behaviour & restorative practice enhancements โข CQ implementation โข Capacity building & knowledge management.
Requirements: Relevant qualification (Social Work/Social Science) โข SACSSP registration โข 3โ5 yrs child-protection work (school context advantageous) โข 5+ yrs with vulnerable children โข Training material development โข Strong legislative knowledge & documentation skills.

Purpose: Own organisation-wide OHS compliance, risk mitigation, training and continuous improvement across schools and Support Office.
Key responsibilities: Maintain & update OHS policies/SOPs โข Quarterly internal audits & action tracking โข Toolbox talks & training coordination โข Emergency readiness & fire drills โข Certificates & licence renewals โข DoEL/Health inspections โข Incident/accident investigation & reporting (incl. IOD) โข Crisis management plan โข Monthly site visits & supplier oversight.
