Overview
Sterns, part of the TFG Jewellery portfolio, is looking for a dynamic and confident Sales Associate (120hr) to join the Vaal Mall store.
This opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused individual with a strong selling instinct and a passion for fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle retail. If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador and deliver outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions
- Track and drive sales performance against targets
- Promote and sell a diverse jewellery and accessories range
- Stay updated on dรฉcor and fashion trends
- Identify new sales opportunities and grow customer relationships
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain store presentation
- Ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
