Overview:

Relay Jeans is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead the store at Hemingways. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to drive sales, manage staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive turnover to meet sales targets
• Manage store expenses and reduce shrinkage
• Recruit, develop, and manage staff performance
• Ensure in-store merchandising is executed to brand standards
• Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
