The role involves managing stock efficiently, keeping accurate records, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
-Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries.
-Organize, store, and maintain inventory according to standards.
-Keep accurate records of stock movement and inventory usage.
-Issue supplies to departments when required.
-Coordinate with teams to meet operational needs.
-Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
-Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly storage area.
Requirements & Skills
-Proven inventory management and record-keeping skills.
-Knowledge of receiving and inspection procedures.
-Strong organizational and time management abilities.
-Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in storage areas.
-Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Knowledge of health & safety compliance.
-Previous experience as a storeman or in a similar role will be advantageous.
