Overview:
A new retail liquor chain is launching stores in Serowe and Good Hope and is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join the team as Shop Assistants. If youโre passionate about retail and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to be part of an exciting venture.
Responsibilities:
-Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.
-Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including shelves and display areas.
-Ensure all products are stocked, labeled, and priced correctly.
-Handle cash, process payments, and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.
-Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries.
-Promote store products and special offers to increase sales.
-Adhere to store policies, procedures, and liquor sale regulations.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
- Experience: 2โ5 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail or liquor shop operations.
- Skills:
- Passionate and self-disciplined.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
