Job Overview:
Swaneng Group of Schools Trust is seeking a qualified and experienced School Head to manage and oversee the daily operations of Swaneng Pre and Primary School. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational expertise, and a deep understanding of multicultural school environments.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess the following:
- Education:
- Bachelorโs degree in Education (a degree in Education Management and Leadership is an added advantage).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a School Head in an English Medium setup.
- Age Criteria:
- Aged between 45 and 55 years.
- Cultural Experience:
- Proven experience working in a multi-cultural school environment.
- Additional Advantage:
- Permission to teach.
Key Competencies:
- Strong team-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the PSLE curriculum.
- Resilience and ability to handle challenges effectively.
- Understanding of psychosocial support for students.
