Minimum Requirements (General across all posts):

  • Senior Certificate / Grade 12
  • Relevant experience (0–6 months) depending on role
  • Knowledge of:
    • HR systems (PERSAL, PSA, BCEA, PFMA)
    • UIF/COIDA legislation
    • Treasury and Public Service Regulations
    • Records management and office procedures
    • Finance/accounting systems (for finance-related roles)

Key Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Communication (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Planning, organizing, and time management
  • Interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

  • Render general administrative, registry, finance, or HR support
  • Assist with recruitment and selection or payroll processes
  • Process accounting transactions, manage petty cash, maintain records
  • Provide customer service or internal communication
  • Maintain stores and assist with logistics or stock control
