Minimum Requirements (General across all posts):
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Relevant experience (0–6 months) depending on role
- Knowledge of:
- HR systems (PERSAL, PSA, BCEA, PFMA)
- UIF/COIDA legislation
- Treasury and Public Service Regulations
- Records management and office procedures
- Finance/accounting systems (for finance-related roles)
Key Skills and Competencies Required:
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Planning, organizing, and time management
- Interpersonal and analytical skills
- Problem-solving
- Ability to handle confidential information
Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):
- Render general administrative, registry, finance, or HR support
- Assist with recruitment and selection or payroll processes
- Process accounting transactions, manage petty cash, maintain records
- Provide customer service or internal communication
- Maintain stores and assist with logistics or stock control
