Overview:
TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for two highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Young Talent Trainee Programme. This 24-month rotational programme is designed to equip graduates with in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience across departments such as Retail Territory Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering, and Finance.
This is a dynamic platform for young professionals to launch their careers in one of the world’s leading energy companies.
Key Responsibilities:
-Complete structured training modules to develop technical and professional skills
-Rotate through various departments to gain broad exposure across the business
-Shadow experienced professionals to understand core job functions
-Engage in mentorship and learning initiatives
-Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborative problem-solving
-Contribute to team discussions with insights and recommendations
-Continuously seek and apply feedback for personal and professional development
-Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a drive for excellence

- Comply with all HSE policies, legal requirements, and company guidelines

Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Bachelor’s/BTech Degree in:
- Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Finance/Accounting (or an Accounting Technician NQF Level 5 qualification)
- Must be geographically mobile
