Overview:

Transnet Freight Rail is appointing Flagmen to provide on-track protection and ensure the safety of employees and railway operations during construction and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 9 with at least 3 months relevant experience
• Valid Flagman certificate
• Medically fit
• Able to work at heights and in confined spaces

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-track protection duties
• Assist with maintenance of flagman equipment
• Report safety deviations
• Maintain safe working relationships within the team

Documents Required:

• Certified copy of school report
