Overview
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is offering a Visual Merchandiser Learnership opportunity for unemployed youth in Ermelo, Mpumalanga.
This programme is designed to provide structured workplace learning and practical commercial experience within the sales and merchandising environment.
Successful learners will gain hands-on experience in customer service, visual merchandising, stock rotation, promotional execution, and sales support while working closely with the Sales Team and Account Developers.
Learnership Duration
- 12-Month Learnership Programme
- Learners must complete a minimum of 120 credits to qualify
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Grade 12 / Matric
-Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40%)
-English and a second language (minimum 40%)
-South African citizenship
-Be between 18โ35 years old
-No criminal record
-No adverse credit record
-Be unemployed at the time of appointment
-Be available to work 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising & Store Support
- Execute merchandising standards in stores
- Maintain product visibility and displays
- Rotate stock and ensure product quality
- Implement promotional activities
Customer Support & Sales Assistance
- Support customers with MyCCBA ordering platform
- Assist sales teams with daily activities
- Help improve customer service and product availability
Operational Duties
- Complete scheduled store visits
- Conduct iRED surveys and execution checks
- Provide relief support when required
