Overview
Volpes, part of the TFG retail group, is looking for a customer-focused and target-driven Sales Associate (40hr) to join the Walmer Park team.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about home dรฉcor, retail sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a brand ambassador, you will create positive in-store experiences while driving sales performance and maintaining high merchandising standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and deliver outstanding customer service
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
- Track and drive sales performance against set targets
- Sell a diverse range of bedding, linen, and home dรฉcor products
- Stay up to date with dรฉcor and fashion trends
- Identify opportunities to generate new sales
- Assist with stock replenishment and ensure store readiness
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
