Overview
Pick n Pay is offering exciting opportunities for young, bold, and creative individuals to join its Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership Programme for 2025 / 2026. This 12-month learnership is designed to equip participants with accredited training and practical experience in retail operations and visual merchandising.
Ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, customer engagement, and retail excellence, the programme offers hands-on store experience and mentorship from industry professionals.
Key Responsibilities
-Participate in accredited training focused on retail operations and visual merchandising.
-Gain practical experience in store operations including stock management and display planning.
-Assist in creating impactful, trend-driven visual displays that enhance customer engagement.
-Deliver a high-quality customer experience through effective product presentation.
-Attend scheduled classroom sessions and in-store practical training.
-Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily store objectives.
Requirements and Skills
-Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.
-Completed Grade 12 with English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2.
-Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any full-time studies.
-Committed to completing the full 12-month programme.
-Able to attend all classroom and in-store training sessions.

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
