This role involves supporting production and testing operations related to emulsion pumps, product bagging, palletizing, and general movement of stock within the facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist with the <strong>movement of bulk product<\/strong> to various operational areas based on pump testing or packaging requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help in the <strong>preparation and testing<\/strong> of <strong>Stopex Emulsion Pumps<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure all pumps are properly connected, filled, and cleaned after use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Execute full pump-filling process as required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor stock levels and ensure <strong>sufficient stock availability<\/strong> in P100.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare boxes and connect filling pumps<\/strong> to Ferrit cars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fill bags with emulsion, ensuring correct weight and accurate filling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Palletise filled boxes<\/strong> and transport pallets to the designated magazine area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When not assigned to main operations, assist magazines with loading and moving palletized products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Matric (Grade 12)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Valid <strong>Driver\u2019s Licence<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in a <strong>chemical process plant or explosives environment<\/strong> will be an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Key Competencies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good attention to detail and safety awareness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physically fit to perform manual labour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to follow procedures and safety protocols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic understanding of handling and processing chemical\/explosive products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Candidates must create an <strong>Indeed account<\/strong> to proceed with the application via the official Enaex careers page.
